Just seen the notice about Tony Billau's death. Joined up with Tony in 1963, a quiet gentle man in every sense of the word who in my experience never said a bad word about anyone. He will be greatly missed.

Nice to see so many old names from the past. I served in 'Dragons' during the Belize tour Oct '82 until Apr '83 as the Battery Chief Clerk, I was the 2nd Sgt in RHQ at the time. Mick Masson was the BSM, John Lewin MBE was the BC plus a host of other great guys - Mick Callaghan, Keith Pearson, Mick Smith, Nick Bevilacqua, Dougie Douglas just to name a few. I leave the Army in May after nearly 40 years in 'Green' Regards to all that remember me, and to Jimmy Thom when he finds this site. Best wishes. Mick Hutchinson.

I was in 127 Bty in 1961 - 1862, previously in 143 (Tombs's Troop) and before that (when we were 41 Fd Regt RA) in 88 (Arracan) Battery. Most of you will recognize me by my nickname of 'Charlie' Hanny. I guess I got that by behaving like a Charlie!!!. I remember a lot of the faces on the website, especially Charlie Ayling and Jock Hume (Wasn't his first name Trevor?) Trev and Scouse Bowen and I were all drinking buddies.
